The SHE Power Half Marathon & 5K is an event designed to empower women of all ages and abilities (Sorry guys, no men allowed in this one).

Join us Saturday, March 25, 2023 in beautiful downtown Boise Idaho and celebrate your strength, your beauty, and your determination…one mile at a time! We gather together to focus on how good it feels to be in motion, because it’s all about SHE Power!

We are excited to announce the Boise Idaho SHE Power Half Marathon & 5k is coming to Sandy Point at Lucky Peak State Park. For more information about the park.

Race Start Times
  • Half Marathon will start at 8 am
  • 5K will start at 8:15 am

Each course will have its own set of mileage markers.

How long is registration open?

Registration is open until 6 pm the night before the race. All registrations must be completed online.

Can I run with a stroller?

Yes strollers are welcome. You will have your own wave start.

Can I run with headphones?
Yes you may, but you must be able to clearly hear course marshals and fellow runners on the course.
Can I run with my dog?
As much as we love dogs and they are welcome at most of our events, they are a no for this one.
Where is my timing chip and where do I wear my race bib?
Timing chips are already attached to your race bib. Bibs MUST be worn on the front of your shirt and visible at all times during the race.

Where do we park?
Parking will be available at the start of the race for all competitors.
Are there awards?
Awards will be given for each age group winner and for the top three overall in each distance.
What do I get with my registration?
Half marathon runners get custom socks. All finisher receive: finisher medal, long stem rose, cake and more!
What is at the aid stations?
There will be water and scratch lab energy drinks at every aid station, plus each aid station will feature a special food item to help keep you energized along the course.
Can a friend pick up my packet?
Yes, friends or family members can get your packet for you. They just need to bring a copy of your registration confirmation.
